Aqua-Tots Swim Schools - Toms River is a small business in Toms River, NJ. Afternoon Shift (15-20 hours / week)

• Monday to Thursday 3pm to 8pm
• Saturday 8am to 1pm OR 1pm to 6pm
• Sunday 8am to 1pm

Front Desk Specialist (FDS) - Job Description:

• Greet customers when they come into the facility
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children’s names
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
• Answering sales calls and conducting tours
• Enrolling children in swim lessons and managing the lesson schedules
• Engaging with Children and Families on the joy of learning & swimming
• Smiling and having fun
• Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
• Ensuring a fantastic, family-friendly experience
• On-going training and growth through teaching assessments
• Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
