SALES MANAGER – Medical Aesthetics B2B

Full time, Remote (SoCal or Miami ideal)

 

THE COMPANY

APX Platform is looking for a full time Sales Manager to help us develop and implement an expanded growth strategy as we enter our next phase of growth in the medical aesthetics industry.

 

Founded by leading practice management consultant & business coach, Terri Ross, APX is revolutionizing the medical aesthetics space with business intelligence, on-demand staff training, financial and marketing analytics, along with other tools that are tailored to the specific needs of med spas and plastic surgery practices.

 

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that cross-team activities are coordinated and support rapid growth. The Sales Manager will operate within a fast-paced environment as the company looks to rapidly increase revenue. Paramount to this role will be to work with company executives to build a scalable sales model with repeatable processes focused on delivering the highest customer satisfaction.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and company executives to build a company and focused sales business strategy. This individual will create and implement critical sales capabilities including customer personas, lead development and the customer journey. You will be able to clearly articulate the APX Platform to prospective and existing customers.

 

An understanding of business KPI’s/Metrics and data analysis is essential to planning and monitoring sales operations. Quick to analyze situations identifying quick wins and actions returning greatest ROI. In this role you will have control over revenue streams, associated pricing strategies and employee compensation models. You will be a key contributor in the ideation, development, and implementation of sales focused content.

 

This is the ideal role for a sales manager who embraces challenges and knows how to move quickly while letting the data point the way. This individual is skilled in decision making, thrives in an environment encouraging free thinking, experimenting and the fast-paced start-up environment. Conversely, this person must also be adept at working with start-up-level resources, working at high level business strategy and detailed action plans.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learning the overall business of medical aesthetics and applying these skills to further company goals
  • Understanding the current client challenges and the value we offer from a consulting perspective
  • Developing & implementing APX’s sales strategy 
  • Meeting Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets
  • Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ownership of client follow up, developing nurturing funnels
  • Ability to lead meetings and present reporting to C level
  • Managing and developing a sales team 
  • Demonstrate leadership and effective communication with other teams and stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent sales reporting system based on core KPIs
  • Ongoing analysis of sales performance and informed adjustment of strategy

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree and Minimum 5+ years of strategic B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of success both in sales, revenue, and client growth
  • Sales experience in the aesthetics space, selling capital, device, or other SaaS sales
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM Software (HUBSPOT, Salesforce or other CRM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections and learn complex solutions
  • Proven track record of growing business demonstrating high achievement
  • Strong time management skills
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with revenue deadlines


Salary

$85,000 - $150,000 per year
