Job Title: Part-Time Intern – Energy Finance & AI Partnerships

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Intern to support the Director of Energy Finance & AI Partnerships in researching, analyzing, and integrating AI-powered energy solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in energy finance, technology integration, and strategic project development. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the future of AI-enhanced energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and financial modeling to evaluate energy investment opportunities.
• Assist in data analysis to optimize grid infrastructure and energy storage deployment.
• Support Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operations through research and performance tracking.
• Collaborate on AI-driven energy solutions and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
• Present insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Energy Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of AI applications in energy or interest in learning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Compensation: Paid Internship ($18 – $20 per hour, based on experience)
