We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to lead multiple homes and manage a team of 20+ staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple group homes for individuals with IDD
  • Supervise, support, and schedule a team of 20+ direct care staff across several locations
  • Ensure all homes comply with state regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies
  • Conduct regular home visits to monitor care quality, documentation, and cleanliness
  • Coordinate care with clinical teams, case managers, and family members
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and staffing issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for residents and staff activities
  • Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple homes and managing 20 or more staff
  • Strong working knowledge of state regulations related to IDD residential services (Nevada preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass background check and meet all training/licensing requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field
  • Familiarity with person-centered planning and positive behavior support strategies
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
