As an Art Director, you’ll help shape the visual direction behind the work we create, turning strategy and ideas into compelling creative concepts that connect with audiences and move brands forward. You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft to the table, developing ideas from initial concept through final execution across a variety of channels and mediums.

This role goes beyond great design. You’ll be expected to think strategically, contribute original ideas, establish a clear visual point of view, and help guide other creatives in bringing that vision to life. You’re equally comfortable concepting a campaign, presenting your thinking, providing thoughtful creative direction, and rolling up your sleeves to execute the work yourself.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients to develop compelling visual solutions across a variety of platforms.
• Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision and value behind the ideas.
• Stay current with design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an art director or design role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative campaigns, showcasing your ability to conceptualize and execute ideas across various media.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proven ability to inspire creative teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring all work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools and workflows and a genuine curiosity about adopting new tools that improve productivity and creative outputs.
