Job Overview:
APK Publishers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with orders, product information, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
