APK Publishers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

**Requirements:**
