The Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of commercial facilities while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean glass, mirrors, and windows
• Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies
• Perform floor care including mopping, buffing, and spot cleaning
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Secure client facilities upon completion of services
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Provide excellent customer service while on client sites

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
