Location: Remote (Washington State Applicants Only)

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: $90 per Billable Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, medication management, and follow-up care via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Provide virtual counseling, therapy, and mental health support as appropriate for patients.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, counselors, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and regulations.
• Stay current with the latest clinical practices, medication protocols, and mental health treatments.

Qualifications:

• Current ARNP (FNP or PMHNP) licensure and DEA in Washington State.
• Previous experience in primary care, medication management, and/or mental health counseling (preferred).
• Comfort with and ability to conduct telehealth visits effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must be located in Washington State.
