Location: Grant, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Skagit County Areas (Mostly Virtual, In-Person Visits 1-2 Times/Month)

Compensation: $100 per Billable Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, medication management, and follow-up care with patients through secure video conferencing platforms.
- Provide counseling, therapy, and mental health support as appropriate for patients.
- Perform in-person consultations for new patients or as part of annual routine visits (1-2 times per month).
- Develop and manage individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, counselors, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and regulations.
- Stay current with the latest clinical practices, medication protocols, and mental health treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current ARNP (FNP or PMHNP) licensure and DEA in Washington State.
- Previous experience in primary care, medication management, and/or mental health counseling (preferred).
- Ability to conduct telehealth visits comfortably and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits (with compensation for travel time and gas).
