We are building a new standard for child and family mental health care. At Anywhere Clinic, we believe children should not be treated in isolation. Too often, therapy places a child in a room alone - subtly reinforcing that they are the problem. We take a different approach. We treat the family as the system. Healing happens when parents, caregivers, and children grow together.

The Role:

We are hiring a Virtual Therapist to lead and help build our Child & Family Psych Program. This is a clinical leadership opportunity with flexibility:

• Join as a therapist
• Grow into a program builder
• Help shape curriculum, structure, and care delivery

Our model focuses on:

• Family-based sessions (primary modality)
• Parent-inclusive care (required)
• Short-term, high-impact therapeutic work
• Integration with psychiatric providers

This is not traditional long-term weekly therapy. We emphasize progress, insight, and sustainable change over dependency.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 60-minute family therapy sessions (children + parents/caregiver)
• Ensure parents are actively involved in the therapeutic process
• Facilitate family group sessions (as program expands)
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for integrated care
• Contribute to development of clinical curriculum and programming
• Help families shift from symptom-focused → system-aware growth

Our Clinical Philosophy:

We practice holistic mental health care grounded in a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model. We believe:

• Children are shaped by their environment - not separate from it

• Therapy should create clarity, direction, and momentum

Compensation:

• 50/50 - 70/30 split (provider-favored) based on license(s), experience & role growth
• Ramp-up support as you build your caseload
• High volume potential through national virtual platform
• Fully remote, flexible scheduling

Who You Are:

• Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD or equivalent)
• Licensed in or able to work in one or more priority states:
• NV, NY, CA, UT, TX, FL
• Comfortable working across children, teens, and families
• Strong clinical foundation with interest in family systems work
• Collaborative and open to integrated psychiatry + therapy care
• Grounded, warm, and clinically thoughtful in your approach
