We're looking for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Colorado to join our expanding provider team. Additional active state licenses are highly desirable and will provide opportunities for additional patient volume.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote contractor position providing psychiatric medication management via telehealth. You'll work independently while being supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than paperwork.

We're looking for a provider who is compassionate, collaborative, and passionate about improving access to mental healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management appointments via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of each patient encounter.
• Review and sign laboratory results, prior authorizations, forms, refill requests, and other clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant license in Colorado
• Active DEA registration for Colorado
• Additional active state licenses and DEAs are welcomed.
• Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup.
• Passion for providing patient-centered, compassionate care.
