We are seeking passionate, licensed therapists to join our growing behavioral health team in Las Vegas.

Our goal is simple: you focus on providing exceptional patient care while we handle the administrative work, scheduling, referrals, insurance credentialing, and patient acquisition.

We are actively expanding our therapy department and encourage applications from clinicians with a wide range of specialties and treatment approaches.

Our therapists are able to focus on clinical care while our support team manages many of the day-to-day operational tasks that often take time away from patients.

Multi-State Licensed Therapists Encouraged to Apply:

Therapists licensed in multiple states are strongly encouraged to apply.

In addition to seeing patients in our Las Vegas clinic, clinicians with multiple active state licenses may have opportunities to expand their schedules through telehealth appointments across additional markets, allowing for faster caseload growth and increased earning potential.

Compensation:

We understand that different clinicians have different preferences.

We are open to discussing:

• Revenue-share/reimbursement split arrangements
• Hourly compensation models
• Customized compensation structures for the right candidate

Compensation is competitive and based on licensure, experience, specialty services, availability, and payer mix.

Position Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Ability to conduct in-person sessions in Las Vegas at least one day per month
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to complete charting and clinical notes within our EHR
• Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week
