Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate intern to support our team with patient engagement and onboarding within a mental health setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in behavioral health, patient communication, and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient onboarding processes, including intake coordination and follow-ups
• Support patient engagement efforts to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
• Help manage communication with patients via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the team to improve patient experience and workflow efficiency
• May assist with social media and patient-facing content

Qualifications:

• Interest in mental health, psychology, or healthcare
• 8-10 hours weekly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Interest or experience in social media/creating digital contend, and familiarity with AI is a plus
