Community Sales & Partnerships Representative

Las Vegas, NV | Part-Time / Flexible Hours | $20–$30/hr + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a natural relationship-builder with a knack for sales to join our team in Las Vegas.

This is not a traditional “hard sell” sales position. We’re looking for someone who is genuine, personable, confident, and passionate about mental health and helping people — but who also knows how to turn a great conversation into an actual partnership, referral relationship, event opportunity, or collaboration.

You’ll represent our mental health practice throughout the Las Vegas community and build relationships with organizations and groups that could benefit from the services we provide.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with organizations throughout the Las Vegas community, including veteran organizations, first responders, fire stations, colleges, community groups, and other local organizations
• Make phone calls, send outreach, and arrange meetings with potential community partners
• Attend local events and community functions to represent our practice
• Clearly and enthusiastically explain who we are, what we offer, and how we can support the people they serve
• Build genuine relationships with community leaders and organizations
• Develop referral partnerships, collaborations, educational opportunities, and other community initiatives
• Follow through and close the loop — turning conversations and relationships into actual opportunities
• Work closely with our Community Outreach team and leadership to develop new partnerships

What We DON'T Want

This isn't a high-pressure, scripted sales job.

We don't want someone who walks into a room trying to sell everyone something.

We want someone who can have a genuine conversation, understand what an organization needs, identify where we can help, and naturally move the relationship forward.

Compensation

$20–$30 per hour + commission

Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $50+ per hour through our commission structure.

Hours are flexible and may include a combination of community outreach, phone-based sales, meetings, and local events.
