Anywhere Clinic is a rapidly growing national telepsychiatry practice seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our leadership team as an Associate Medical Director. As our provider network continues to expand across the United States, we are seeking a psychiatrist with extensive multi-state licensure to provide physician leadership, supervise advanced practice providers, and support the continued growth of our national telepsychiatry program. This is a highly flexible, remote leadership opportunity designed to complement an existing clinical or leadership position. With an estimated commitment of just 2-4 hours per week, this role is ideal for an experienced psychiatrist who enjoys clinical leadership and mentorship without the demands of a full-time patient panel.

Job Summary:

The Associate Medical Director will provide physician oversight for physician assistants practicing across multiple states, participate in clinical leadership initiatives, review charts as needed, and collaborate with our executive team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Direct patient care is not the primary responsibility of this role. However, physicians who wish to see complex referral patients may do so and will be compensated separately under a reimbursement-based compensation model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physician supervision for physician assistants across multiple states in accordance with applicable state regulations.
• Serve as a clinical leader supporting a growing national provider network.
• Review patient charts and documentation as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation and support to supervised providers.
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
• Attend periodic leadership and medical staff meetings.
• Assist with clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the continued expansion of Anywhere Clinic's national telepsychiatry services.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in good standing.
• Licensed in 30 or more U.S. states strongly preferred; 50-state licensure is considered an exceptional qualification.
• Experience supervising Physician Assistants and/or other advanced practice providers preferred.
• Previous telepsychiatry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative decision-making skills.

Compensation:

• $40,000-$50,000 annual Medical Director stipend, paid monthly.
• Approximately 5 hours per week.
• Additional compensation is available for physicians who elect to provide direct patient care.
