Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive the adoption of our AI-powered warehouse robotics solutions. Assist in identifying target markets, industries, and key accounts to effectively position our cutting-edge technology.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to deeply understand clients' unique pain points, challenges, and goals. Effectively articulate how our AI-powered robotics solutions can transform their operations and deliver benefits.
New Business Generation: Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients, leveraging your network, industry events, and digital platforms to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your industry expertise and our product capabilities to position our solutions as the optimal choice.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product, its underlying AI algorithms, and their applications within the logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing industries. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Collaboration: Collaborate internally and provide feedback from clients to influence product enhancements to best suit the market. Assist in the development of sales tools, including competitive materials, presentations, and other sales resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in industrial products, robotics, or commercial product sales (preferred warehouse, logistics, manufacturing experience) in a B2B environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver impactful presentations, craft persuasive proposals, and build compelling business cases.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or other related markets
- Comfortable acquiring and presenting technical knowledge related to AI algorithms, machine learning, and robotics. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
