About us

Another Door Opens Recovery Center is a New Jersey–licensed outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use treatment program in Ewing. We serve about 150 clients across Mercer County, most of them through NJ FamilyCare. We're a small team, which means counselors here have real say in how the clinical program runs.


What you'll do


  • Carry a caseload of OP and IOP clients — individual sessions, group facilitation, and family sessions as needed
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM level-of-care determinations
  • Write and update treatment plans with measurable, client-driven goals
  • Document sessions in the EHR within [24/48] hours of service
  • Coordinate care with our psychiatric provider, peer support staff, and outside referral sources (probation, DCP&P, hospitals, sober living)
  • Handle discharge and continuing-care planning
  • Participate in weekly treatment team and clinical supervision


What we're looking for


  • Active CADC in good standing with the NJ Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee
  • Experience in an outpatient or IOP setting
  • Comfortable running groups — this is a group-heavy program
  • Solid documentation habits and familiarity with Medicaid/MCO record standards
  • Reliable, on time, and able to hold boundaries with a challenging population




Salary

$25 - $30 per hour
