  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for bespoke interior design projects.
  • Our luxury interior design firm stands out for its unwavering commitment to transparency. Right from the outset, we provide clear and honest insights into both budget and timeline, setting a standard of trust and integrity in every project.
  • Contribute innovative design concepts and solutions that reflect luxury and sophistication while meeting client expectations and project goals.
  • Lead space planning, furniture layout, and material selection to create bespoke living environments tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
  • Produce detailed design presentations, including concept boards, renderings, and mood boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Work alongside the Senior Designer to develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to source bespoke materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to firm design standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and project team members to review and refine design details, resolve technical challenges, and maintain project quality and integrity.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and insights to foster their professional development and growth within the firm.


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, MS Suite, Sketchup (or similar 3D modeling software)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and codes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to occasionally travel and present at offsite locations in the Bay Area
  • Applicants should be able to work with equipment typically found in an office and should be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation. Possible accommodations needed should be discussed prior to the onset of employment and/or the interview process.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and transport items in and out of vehicles. Ability to work on feet/run errands for 
  • 4+ hours per day as needed. Ability to sit at a desk for 6+ hours per day.
