The Role
As a Part-Time Store Clerk at Anime Pop, you will play a vital role in our retail operations. You will engage with customers, assist with their needs, and help maintain the store's appearance. Your contributions will help foster a fun and inviting shopping experience for all visitors.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
-Team player able to fluctuate between customer service, inventory, cleaning, and other store needs
-Position requires climbing tall ladders and heavy lifting during shipment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
