As our Sales Ops Specialist, you'll be working closely with Tamsyn Hnat our National Key Account Manager to support our US market entry and growth by providing sales ops support.

You'll be responsible for: 

  • ensuring our sales reps and key accounts have the sales and marketing resources and tools to achieve their targets 
  • aligning with marketing and other departments to resolve sales-related inquiries, requests and issues 
  • assisting the National Key Account Manager to develop sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets 
  • developing and maintaining sales collateral, presentations, and sales support materials 
  • analysing sales and customer data to ensure the sales team are optimizing sales performance and delivering growth 
  • providing general coordination and support for ALU's US business 

You'll also stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and proactively improve sales operations processes and procedures. 


You'll be highly organized, detail-oriented, great with spreadsheets and numbers and amazing at managing relationships, communicating, collaborating and meeting deadlines. You'll also be commercially savvy with strengths in analyzing sales data and problem solving. Whilst familiarity with the US pet industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape will be highly regarded, a love for animals and customer-centric mindset is essential. You will be able to work from home and be comfortable traveling for meetings and events.
