Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue federal contracting opportunities.
- Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with all solicitation requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, project requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Write compelling and comprehensive proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant information and inputs.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Manage proposal schedules and milestones to ensure timely submission.
- Stay updated on federal procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in federal proposal writing, with a successful track record of securing contracts.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements - FAR (essential requirements)
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling narratives.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
