Job Description:

AMS Events is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of our equipment and resources. While production experience is a plus, this position primarily focuses on general warehouse management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of equipment and materials.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to meet performance goals.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
• Efficiency Optimization: Continuously look for opportunities to improve warehouse processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, equipment usage, and warehouse performance for management review.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse management is required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and equipment handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
