Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed to sell Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance in the State of IL.
  • Licensed in IL surrounding states is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence others.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software or sales management systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
