We are looking to add 1-2 Fulfillment Associates, to help us pick, pack and ship orders.

This position is a part-time position and is classified as non-exempt under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio law. This function is fully on-site with work schedule as agreed between the Company and Employee.

Required qualifications:

• The successful candidate will have 2 years in a similar role.
• Must have at least basic computer skills, including Microsoft suites
• Experience with Shopify and/or Faire preferred but not required
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to work and collaborate with other members of the team
• May involve climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to manage deadlines
• May occasionally travel to other locations for work
• May be required to work on weekends and/or holidays

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all orders go out accurately, safely, beautifully, and on time.
• Create packing slips and shipping labels
• Manage delivery timelines and coordinate pickups
• Maintain flow of order information between Shopify and Faire channels
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the company’s standards and the requests of clients
• Exhibit a positive attitude, with a can-do and customer-first focus
• Assist with product finishing, including but not limited to sleeving greeting cards and packaging gift items
• Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
