Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train janitorial staff on safety procedures, equipment usage, and cleaning techniques.

- Conduct safety inspections, investigate accidents, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage employee schedules, time & attendance, and performance.

- Motivate and develop the janitorial team.

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and project-based cleaning schedules.

- Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning products and equipment are readily available.

- Conduct regular building inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

- Address customer requests and concerns effectively.

- Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Bilingual preferred.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
