Key Responsibilities

●     Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with products, produce, or general questions.

●     Operate the Square POS system to complete guest purchases.

●     Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and shutting down the POS system.

●     Maintain a clean and organized retail space throughout the day, including tidying shelves and guest areas.

●     Restock produce and other retail items as needed during the day.

●     Answer basic questions about farm produce and other merchandise.

●     Support team members in other departments (e.g., Admissions) during slower times if requested.

●     Communicate with the Retail Lead or Operations Manager about any inventory needs, guest feedback, or store issues.
