Key Responsibilities

●     Assist with food preparation, cooking, and assembly of menu items.

●     Take guest orders using the register system and provide friendly, helpful service.

●     Act as a runner to gather ingredients, restock supplies, or deliver items as needed.

●     Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular dishwashing and station cleanup. Cleaning and Maintenance of kitchen and equipment.

●     Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitization.

●     Support inventory tracking, produce restocking, and storage of food deliveries (including farm produce).

●     Rotate between roles as needed during the shift based on staffing and operational flow.

Communicate clearly with team members and the F&B Lead to keep service running smoothly.
