Bartender Terra Ceia, FL · Part time Bartenders run a dedicated bar station at Ananda Farm, serving beer, wine, seltzers, batched cocktails, and full bar. This is a bar-focused role rather than a rotating kitchen position. We are looking for someone with real classic cocktail knowledge who can build an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan to spec, hold a consistent pour through a rush, and keep the line moving on our busiest weekends. October and the holiday season bring high volume, and there are additional shift opportunities through weddings, corporate events, and catered private parties.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve beer, wine, seltzers, batched cocktails, and full bar with spirits.
  • Build classic cocktails to spec with consistent, accurate pours.
  • Check identification for every guest ordering alcohol and decline service when required by law or policy.
  • Set up and break down the bar station each shift, including ice, glassware, garnishes, batch containers, and cooler stocking.
  • Batch and prep cocktails to recipe, keeping flavor and pour consistent across the day.
  • Ring in orders on the register system, handle cash and card payments, and close out the drawer accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar, including glassware washing, surface sanitizing, and end-of-night cleanup.
  • Track beverage inventory, flag low stock to the F&B Lead, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Work weddings, corporate events, and catered private parties as scheduled.
  • Communicate clearly with the F&B Lead and teammates to keep the bar and kitchen in sync.

What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of classic cocktails, including Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and other spirit-forward builds.
  • Proven pour accuracy and consistency in a high volume setting.
  • Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in Florida.
  • Weekend and evening availability required, with heavy volume through October and the holiday season.
  • Comfortable standing for extended shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in Florida weather.
  • Reliable, guest-focused, and calm under a rush.
