AMS Solutions – Account Manager Job Description:

 

AMS Solutions, Inc. is a full-service revenue cycle management company for health care practices. For over 30 years, we have been focused on being a superior medical billing solution for the health care industry. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Medical Billing Team.

 

This is a fully remote position.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Being the Main Customer Contact to ensure they are completely satisfied and resolve any issues
  • Providing leadership and supervision to the Billing Team to ensure excellent service to our clients
  • Planning and directing workload resources for each client 
  • Designing, executing, and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to for your team
  • Compiling monthly financial reports for each client 
  • Ensure monthly collection goals are achieved for each client
  • Provide motivation and support to Billing Team to achieve their best performance and high degree of productivity

 

 

Qualifications:


  • Full Revenue Cycle Management knowledge of the health care industry required
  • Strong knowledge the medical billing industry required
  • Experience working in a supervisory or management position
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes required
  • Strong ability to be pro-active and take ownership of projects
  • Strong ability to train and supervise the work of employees in office and virtually
  • Strong ability to handle problems consisting of multiple variables in an organized manner
  • Computer experience and Microsoft Office products required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
