Overview


The Warehouse Manager at AMS Events is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient setup and teardown of audio-visual equipment for events, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, manage inventory levels, and ensure that all equipment is ready and in excellent condition for each production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery and pickup of equipment to and from event venues.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and ready for use before events.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse space, including proper storage of all equipment and materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of equipment and supplies, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards for events.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, equipment status, and team performance for management review.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the audio-visual production industry.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and production processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
