What we’re looking for:

Ammunition is looking for a Senior Drupal Developer to join its growing Technology team. As a Senior Drupal Developer, you’ll work alongside other developers and in coordination with the Creative and Account teams in the development of engaging websites, marketing automation programs, and digital materials our clients require to power their businesses. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities: 

• Working with the development team and project managers to ideate software solutions.
• Designing client-side and server-side architecture.
• Building the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.
• Writing effective APIs.
• Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading Drupal, Wordpress and other CMS driven sites.
• Creating security and data protection settings.
• Building features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Writing technical documentation.
• Working with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).

Proficiencies:

• You have strong proficiency in Drupal, specifically developing and maintaining themes and modules.
• You have proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar role at a creative agency, as well as with developing desktop and mobile applications.
• You're proficient in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• You're proficient in multiple back-end languages (Python, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g.Vue, React, NPM)
• You can manage databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g. Apache).
• You understand layout aesthetics and SEO principles.
• You're familiar with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Figma and content management systems.
• You are an excellent communicator and problem solver who enjoys working alongside others to deliver top tier work. 
• You have a degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant production server environment experience.
• You are a go-getter and self-starter, unafraid of managing timelines and producing excellence, whether working collaboratively or independently.
• You have a positive attitude and are committed to your professional growth through collaboration and feedback.
