We are seeking a Junior Art Director to support senior creatives in developing and executing visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives. You will collaborate with clients, ensure consistency across creative materials, and incorporate design trends. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of social media advertising are required. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent time management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization: Assist senior creatives in creating visual concepts for various campaigns, publications, websites, and brand initiatives.
  • Execution Support: With oversight from senior members of the team, help bring concepts to life across all creative materials with a consistent visual style and brand identity. 
  • Client Communication:  Interact with clients to understand their goals and provide design solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on current design trends and incorporate relevant elements into projects when appropriate.
  • Presentation: Support presentations of creative ideas to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience via: design internship or an entry-level design role in an agency setting.
  • You have working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • You have an impressive portfolio with work samples that show both strong conceptual and design skills 
  • You are a go-getter who can manage timelines and execute with excellence, whether working collaboratively or independently.
  • You have a positive attitude and are committed to your professional growth through collaboration and feedback.
  • You have knowledge of industry trends and understand the best practices of advertising on various social platforms.
