RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
- Assist as a day-to-day project lead within the client portfolio, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned project and/or accounts.
- Manage client requests and input, clarifying as needed, to turn feedback or requests into actionable deliverables.
- Strengthen client relationships by becoming a trusted resource, maintaining insightful dialogue, in effort to understand more client dynamics that may impact the scope of work or overall relationship.
- Act as an ambassador for the agency’s brand, promoting the work both within the client's company and, when appropriate, to the broader marketplace.
- Resolve day-to-day client requests and issues related to ongoing project development and quality control, ensuring client satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration
- Oversee multiple brand projects across all functions, including strategy, development, creative, production, and media.
- Proactively work with Project Management teammates to ensure project timelines, deadlines, and workflows, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor industry trends to support team, client, and business needs, ensuring that strategies remain relevant and effective.
Strategic Understanding
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s products, market, and consumer.
- Assist in reviewing work to ensure it meets client’s objectives and aligns to the brand.
- Contribute to strategic thinking to deliver work that is impactful leading to strengthened relationships, net-new work, etc.
- Assist in developing actionable briefs, internal kick offs and client reviews to present work confidently.
- Guide the development of client-facing deliverables such as points of view (POVs), presentation decks, and program reports, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Support Client Partnerships leads in client planning initiatives such as quarterly and yearly planning.
Financial Management
- Understand scope of work and the hours associated with deliverables, including impacts on rounds of revisions and efficiencies.
- Assist in managing deliverables effectively within budget, working with key agency team members to determine timeline and hours.
Team Development
- Collaborate and oversee (where applicable) with other internal team members on work for key projects/clients to achieve quality work.
- Promote a team environment, demonstrating a high level of personal responsibility and commitment to team success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- You have 2-3 years of agency experience in account management, with an understanding of the digital landscape.
- You enjoy client relationship management, as well as internal and external relationship building.
- You’re a skilled communicator, able to interface well with different personalities and resolve team or workflow conflicts as they arise.
- You have a proven ability to take the lead, keep teammates and schedules organized, and be proactive in anticipating needs.
- You have a demonstrated knowledge of the overall advertising landscape and the ability to keep up with changing advertising channels and best practices.
- You’re a go-getter, adept at managing strict timelines and producing excellence, whether working collaboratively or independently.
- You have a positive attitude and are committed to professional growth through collaboration and feedback.
- You have a solutions-oriented mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for new work and providing value to clients.
