What we’re looking for:

Ammunition is looking for a Client Partnerships Manager with 3-5 years of proven experience managing client accounts in an agency setting. Digital and/or website experience is highly preferred. This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of branded digital campaigns that include: social media programs, ecrm, digital displays, website management, video production, promotions, and more.


What you’ll do:

  • Act as a primary liaison with clients, manage day-to-day communications, and address their needs effectively.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
  • Contribute to the development of presentation decks, project briefs, and scopes, with guidance and oversight from the VP of Client Partnerships.
  • Initiate project kickoffs and coordinate internal teams, working closely with the VP of Client Partnerships to ensure project success.
  • Draft meeting agendas, lead status calls, and prioritize client requirements to maintain project momentum.
  • Record and document change orders and client feedback, ensuring timely routing to the appropriate teams for implementation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project progress, actively monitoring key milestones and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Take meticulous notes during both internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Proactively follow up on action items and commitments from meetings, facilitating effective communication and accountability with clients.
