As we continue building the next generation of our creative and operational model, we’re hiring an AI Innovation Lead to help us bring AI to life inside the agency—responsibly, creatively, and at scale.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

This role is equal parts prompt engineer, AI strategist, educator, and builder. You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, strategy, and development teams to build custom GPTs and local LLMs, identify AI use cases across disciplines, and lead internal training to ensure the team stays ahead of the curve.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Build and deploy AI tools, GPTs, and fine-tuned models that support creative development, campaign optimization, and internal operations.
  • Lead training sessions, documentation, and enablement to help Ammunition’s teams adopt AI tools confidently and responsibly.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Dev to identify and integrate AI workflows that reduce friction and increase quality.
  • Develop and enforce ethical use guidelines and standards for generative AI inside the agency.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the agency’s AI roadmap—what gets built, when, and why.
  • Stay on top of emerging tools, research, and developments in AI and synthesize those into actionable insights for the team.


QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • You have experience working with LLMs, prompt frameworks, and custom GPT deployment (OpenAI API, Anthropic, etc.).
  • You are able to translate technical capability into real creative and operational value.
  • You have a curious builder’s mindset—proactive, experimental, and resourceful.
  • You are familiar with the creative/agency/marketing space is a major plus.
  • You are an excellent communicator and team collaborator—this isn’t a siloed role.
