WORK WOULD CONSIST OF LOTS OF RECOVERING REFRIGERANT, CHANGING COMPRESSORS AND MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO RACK SYSTEMS AND HEAT PUMP CHILLERS. MUST BE KNOWLEDGABLE ON THE BASICS. OPEN TO PEOPLE OF ALL SKILL LEVEL. MUST NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM. YOU WILL BE HOME EVERYDAY AS WELL AND WE ALWAYS WORK IN PAIRS OR GROUPS SO NOBODY IS STUCK WITHOUT HAVING HELP. - Conducting refrigerant recovery and disposal
- Installing and replacing compressors
- Troubleshooting and repairing rack systems and heat pump chillers
- Collaborating with team members on projects

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in HVACR maintenance and repair
- Solid understanding of refrigeration principles and systems
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
