American Health Center is a growing integrative primary care and longevity practice that blends traditional medicine with lifestyle, weight management, and prevention-focused care. We are looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team—someone who is not only clinically strong, but also passionate about wellness, lifestyle medicine, and helping patients live longer, healthier lives.

Schedule:

• Required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Required: 2 Saturdays per month | 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Optional: Tuesday and Thursday availability for additional hours

What You’ll Do:

• Room patients and record vitals

• Perform phlebotomy and prep labs for diagnostic workups

• Assist with patient care in both primary care and longevity/wellness visits

• Support our weight management, hormone health, and body composition programs

• Conduct triage, answer patient questions, and assist with follow-ups

• Prep and maintain exam rooms and medical supplies

• Work closely with providers to deliver high-quality, personalized care

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

• Has phlebotomy experience (required)

• Has strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using EMR systems (we use Practice Better)

• Is professional, warm, and dependable

• Is excited to support lifestyle medicine, longevity, and functional wellness services
