Med Spa & Wellness Center Front Desk Coordinator

We're looking for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy, patient-centered team at AH Laser Aesthetics, our established medical spa in Arlington Heights, with cross-coverage for our affiliated wellness practice. Together, we offer patients a full spectrum of aesthetic and medical wellness care — including laser treatments, injectables, skincare, weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and precision longevity medicine led by board-certified physicians.

Schedule:

• Mon & Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm
• Tues & Thurs: 9:30am–6:30pm
• Sat: 7:30am–2:00pm

The role includes:

• Greeting and checking patients in and out for both med spa and wellness visits
• Answering phones, texts, and patient inquiries across services
• Providing treatment quotes, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments
• Coordinating between our aesthetics and longevity/wellness teams to support a seamless patient experience
• Supporting smooth daily operations across two connected practices
• Admin duties including monthly reports, inventory management, and other miscellaneous tasks
