JOB TITLE: Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: 50 mile radius of Dayton, OH

SALARY RANGE: $15 - $16.5 per hour

American General Transportation is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Non-Emergency Medical Transport Drivers. As a driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our valued members to their doctor appointments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely transport members to and from medical appointments, ensuring they arrive in a timely manner

- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to members during transportation, demonstrating empathy and respect

- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, ensuring it is in proper working order

- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of both members and yourself

- Document and report any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with members and colleagues

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to members with diverse needs

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks

- Ability to navigate and use GPS systems effectively

- Must pass a drug screening test

- Must pass a background check (Note: In compliance with applicable law, American General Transportation does not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)
