The American Conservation Coalition (ACC) is seeking an Agricultural Policy Manager to help advance practical, market-based solutions that support both environmental conservation and agricultural prosperity. Reporting to the Vice President of Policy, this role leads research and policy development within ACC’s regenerative agriculture portfolio, translating science and field experience into actionable federal recommendations. The position also builds and manages relationships with farmers, conservation practitioners, and policymakers to drive coalition efforts and real-world impact. Blending analysis with communication, the manager will contribute to federal advocacy, public education, and grassroots engagement initiatives. The Agricultural Policy Manager reports to the Vice President of Policy and leads the development and advancement of policy recommendations within ACC’s regenerative agriculture portfolio. This role manages research and stakeholder engagement, produces evidence-based policy briefs, and builds coalitions with farmers and conservation practitioners. The position also helps drive public education and grassroots mobilization to advance regenerative agriculture priorities.
