Description

The Work

You'll write stories that nobody else can tell—because nobody else knows where to look.

We produce documentaries, interviews, and original video that explore the edges of what's known: UAP phenomena, frontier physics, consciousness research, suppressed history, and the long shadows cast by defense and intelligence institutions. Our audience is sharp, skeptical, and allergic to lazy thinking. They deserve writing that matches.

This role is the engine of our editorial operation. You'll spend your time where the work actually happens: deep in the material, surfacing stories that haven't been told, and shaping them into scripts with the structure and voice to hold.

What You'll Do

  • Write scripts for documentaries and original video — structure, narrative, argument, voice. A script isn't a transcript. It's architecture.
  • Write in Jesse's voice — monologues and scripted segments that land with clarity and conviction.
  • Develop stories — pitch the angle no one else saw, the through-line that makes a piece inevitable, the story only this show could tell.
  • Research at depth — primary sources, archival records, FOIA documents, obscure interviews, the paper trail that makes the difference between speculation and reporting.
  • Fact-check relentlessly — we cover contested terrain. Every claim needs receipts. Your work should make the difference between assertion, inference, and fact unmistakable.

Who Thrives Here

  • You already live in this world. UAP, frontier science, esoteric history, the intelligence community's long game—you don't need a reading list. You've already done the reading. You know the players, the primary documents, and the fault lines of the debates. Belief is optional. Fluency is not.
  • You're a writer, not just someone who writes. You understand structure, pacing, and voice at the level of craft. You know that a script is an argument that has to survive contact with an audience—and you know how to build one that does.
  • You're a researcher who delivers signal, not noise. You can descend into primary material and return with insight, not a link dump.
  • You hold two things at once. You can steelman a fringe claim and stress-test it in the same document, without flinching from either.
  • You're self-directed. You'll get a subject and a deadline. You won't get a syllabus.

Even Better If You Have

  • Documentary or long-form video experience
  • A journalism background
  • Fluency with AI-assisted research tools
