At Amee's Legacy Elevated Care, the PRN Supervising Registered Nurse provides licensed nursing oversight for non-medical personal care services and performs authorized supervisory visits for Medicaid waiver clients when assigned. The RN monitors Care Partner performance, service quality, client satisfaction, safety, and compliance with the client's authorized plan and agency requirements. This position is PRN and does not provide routine skilled nursing unless Amee's Legacy is separately authorized to provide that service.
· Conduct authorized supervisory visits for Medicaid waiver clients in accordance with the client's Plan of Care, service authorization, agency policy, and applicable program requirements.
· Monitor Care Partner performance and confirm that authorized personal care services are being provided appropriately.
· Evaluate service quality and client or responsible-party satisfaction with services.
· Observe and report changes in the client's condition, functional status, safety, environment, or service needs to the CEO or appropriate case-management personnel.
· Review relevant Care Partner documentation and electronic visit verification records when assigned.
· Provide coaching, education, and corrective guidance to Care Partners when performance, safety, or documentation concerns are identified.
· Complete and submit required supervisory-visit documentation accurately and timely.
· Report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, incidents, complaints, or unsafe conditions in accordance with law and agency policy.
· Participate in follow-up of client complaints, incidents, or significant changes when nursing review is needed.
· Maintain client confidentiality and communicate professionally with clients, families, Care Partners, case managers, and authorized members of the care team.
· Attend required staff meetings, in-service trainings, and professional development programs.
· Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education.
· Perform other nursing-supervision duties as assigned within the RN's scope of practice and applicable payer/program requirements.
· Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license valid in the State of Alabama.
· Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program.
· Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred; home care, home health, geriatrics, long-term care, Medicaid waiver, or community-based care experience is preferred.
· Current CPR/BLS certification.
· Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
· Current automobile insurance.
· Ability to pass required criminal background check, drug screening, exclusion screening, and other employment or payer-required screenings.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods while completing assessments, training, and documentation.

· Ability to work in private residences where pets, stairs, or other household conditions may be present; PRN scheduling may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, or urgent assignments.
