The Volunteer will assist with day-to-day administrative and outreach tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position also covers volunteers is vital in supporting the organization’s mission by helping staff stay organized, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with clients, donors, and volunteers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about serving single mothers and their children.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Establish a safe, non-judgmental environment.
  • Support their emotional, academic, and social development.
  • Guide in conflict resolution and emotional regulation.
  • Show consistency, patience, and reliability.
  • Document interactions feedback
  • Engage virtual with the client once per week
  • Engage family once per month with family activity
  • Other duties as assigned

 

TIME COMMITMENT:

  • Flexible; typically between 5–10 hours per week depending on availability and need.

SUPPORT & SUPERVISION:
