Description

Role Summary:

The Volunteer Outreach Lead helps expand community engagement by coordinating outreach efforts, recruiting volunteers, and representing the organization at events and in the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead volunteer outreach and recruitment initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for community partners and volunteers
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new volunteers
  • Coordinate outreach events, presentations, and tabling efforts
  • Track outreach activities and provide feedback to staff
  • Mentor and support outreach assistants

  • Passion for community engagement and service


SUPPORT & SUPERVISION:

  • Volunteers will be supervised by the [Office Manager / Volunteer Coordinator / Program Director] and provided with orientation and ongoing support.
