Description

Role Summary:

Volunteer Adult Mentor Support provides encouragement, guidance, and assistance to adult participants or mentors within programs. This role helps foster growth, connection, and goal achievement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adult mentees or mentors through regular check-ins
  • Encourage personal, educational, or professional development
  • Help participants access resources and program opportunities
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
  • Document interactions as required by program guidelines
  • Attend required training and supervision meetings

SUPPORT & SUPERVISION:

  • Volunteers will be supervised by the [Office Manager / Volunteer Coordinator / Program Director] and provided with orientation and ongoing support.
