Description

Position Summary:

The Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS) provides direct support to individuals receiving services through Amazing Grace Foundations. Staff assist individuals with daily living skills, community integration, goal attainment, and maintaining independence.


Essential Duties:


  • Assist individuals with daily living and independent living skills.
  • Support community participation and transportation needs.
  • Help individuals achieve goals outlined in their service plans.
  • Complete required documentation and service notes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Attend required training and staff meetings.
  • Follow all agency, DDS, and state regulations.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation and current insurance.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Salary

$12 - $14 per hour
