1. Position Summary
Plan, organize, direct, and control the quality assurance system across all production stages in accordance with corporate guidelines and current national regulations, ensuring all products meet required safety and legal standards.

Workplace: Office, Plant, Field, and Distribution Center (CEDI)
2. Key Responsibilities
Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure full execution of the Food Safety & Quality Plan and HACCP prerequisites across all process lines.
Materials & Product Release: Guarantee proper release of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and non-conforming product disposition.
Sanitation & Pest Control: Oversee plant sanitation plans, master cleaning schedules, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in plants and CEDIs.
Regulatory & Labeling Oversight: Manage sanitary registrations/permits with regulatory authorities and approve product label artwork against legal specifications.
Laboratory & External Analysis: Direct SOPs, external product testing, and laboratory equipment calibration/maintenance across facilities.
Complaints & Continuous Improvement: Manage customer/consumer quality complaints, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective action plans.
Training & Workplace Safety: Lead food safety training programs and enforce compliance with internal safety and ethics regulations.
3. Qualifications & Profile Requirements
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Specialist Diploma in Food Safety.
Desired: Master’s degree in Quality Management, Operations, or related fields.
Experience:
Functional Experience: 5 to 7 years in Quality Assurance/Control within food/beverage or industrial manufacturing.
Management Experience: Minimum 3 years as Quality Manager (or equivalent supervisory level).
Technical Knowledge:
Essential: HACCP System, MS Office (Intermediate), English (Intermediate/Bilingual preferred).
Desired: ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000), GFSI/FDA/USDA compliance.
