The role

Build how Amaltash hires, end to end: financial advisors, engineers, product managers, quants, videographers and growth hires. You set up the process, run it, and find the people.

What you will do

• Design our hiring process: role scorecards, interview loops, the applicant tracker and offers.
• Source and engage candidates yourself on LinkedIn, in communities and through referrals.
• Run every open search with the founder and report weekly on pipeline and time to hire.
• Try new tools, including the AI ones, and keep what works.

What you bring (3+ years)

• 3+ years in recruiting, with full-cycle searches you ran yourself.
• Hired for at least two different kinds of roles, such as technical and sales or advisory.
• Comfortable setting up a process from nothing at a small company.

Big bonus

• You work, or have worked, in fintech, wealth management, brokerage or trading.
• You invest your own money and have used Wealthfront, Betterment, Robinhood or similar, and wanted more control than they give you.
• You have recruited licensed financial advisors or engineers at a startup.

Pay

$130K - $175K / yr base, plus equity. Hybrid, San Francisco, California, United States.
