The role

Find and win our next thousand investors: campaigns, partnerships, referrals and the experiments that show which ones work.

What you will do

• Run acquisition experiments every week and report what moved.
• Build referral and partner programs with tech companies and communities.
• Work with product on onboarding and activation.

What you bring (2+ years)

• Graduated near the top of your class.
• Played a college-level sport.
• 2+ years in growth, sales, consulting or another results-measured role.

Big bonus

• You work, or have worked, in fintech, wealth management, brokerage or trading.
• You invest your own money and have used Wealthfront, Betterment, Robinhood or similar, and wanted more control than they give you.

Pay

$110K - $150K / yr base, plus equity. Hybrid, San Francisco, California, United States.
