Key Responsibilities:


Guest Experience & Service Delivery

  • Warmly greet members and guests, ensuring a prompt and welcoming introduction to the space
  • Present and explain menu offerings, specials, and beverage pairings with confidence and clarity
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar
  • Coordinate timing and delivery of courses, ensuring tables are properly marked and service flows seamlessly
  • Demonstrate and share knowledge of wine and spirits, including thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Maintain a positive, composed, and solutions-oriented approach throughout service
  • Ensure all club service standards, cleanliness, and presentation protocols are met


Collaboration & Operations Support

  • Work closely with fellow servers, bar staff, and support team to ensure timely service and cohesive floor operations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the kitchen and management team to meet service expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side work, polishing, and restocking duties
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture by supporting fellow staff and contributing to an enjoyable workplace environment


Additional Expectations

  • Adhere to all operational policies, including dress code, attendance, and code of conduct
  • Complete all additional assigned duties and tasks in a timely manner while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy


Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a high-end or social club environment
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is required
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus and will be celebrated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure

Working Conditions

  • Standing, walking, and carrying trays throughout dining and event spaces for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required


Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay: $18.67–$21.00 per hour (inclusive of tips from pooled gratuities; varies based on hours worked and total tip pool)
